Pioneer Achiever Zone ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pioneer Achiever Zone mobile application (the "App"). We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App includes:

Personal Data

While using our App, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to:

Registration Number (User ID)
Date of Birth (used for authentication and password recovery)

Note: Our App dynamically fetches other profile information (such as Name and Class) from our secure web servers. We do not directly collect your Name, Email, or Phone Number through the App's user interface.

Device and Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as:

Device IDs (e.g., FCM tokens) required to send you push notifications (such as attendance alerts).
Crash logs and performance data to help us identify and fix bugs (via Firebase Crashlytics).

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

Create and manage your account.
Authenticate your login using your Registration Number and Date of Birth.
Send you push notifications regarding attendance, exams, and school updates.
Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
Resolve troubleshooting issues and fix crashes.

3. Data Security and Encryption

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. All user data collected and transmitted by the App is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS/TLS protocols. Your data is securely stored and managed using Google Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Firestore, and Realtime Database).

While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

4. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data collected by us. If you wish to delete your account or any associated data, you can use the "Delete Account" option provided within the App's Profile section.

Account Deletion Cooling Period: When you request account deletion through the App, your account will enter a 30-day cooling-off period. During this 30-day period, your account data is marked for deletion but remains securely stored. If you change your mind, you can cancel the deletion request simply by logging back into the App within these 30 days. If you do not log in within 30 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our active databases.

Alternatively, you may contact the school administration directly to request immediate data deletion.
